Apple Vision Pro Delayed and Missing Key Apps And Amazon Alexa Plus: More Chat GPT, Less Assistant

Apple Vision Pro Delayed and Missing Key Apps Apple's new Vision Pro headset was highly anticipated, but pre-orders quickly exceeded available supply. Shipping estimates for all three storage options have now been moved from February 2nd to mid-March. However, even if you're willing to wait an extra month for your face MacBook, there's another catch: the device is shipping without a Netflix app of any kind. This isn't just about a native Vision OS app. Back in September, Apple claimed that nearly all iPad and iPhone apps could run on Vision OS unmodified. But Netflix has confirmed to Bloomberg that they're not making their app compatible at all. And Netflix isn't the only holdout. No one is saying why, but the most likely explanation is that they're all making their own $3,500 headsets. Amazon Alexa Plus: More Chat GPT, Less Ass
